The shoulders are adorned with Army shoulder boards incorporating rows of aluminum wire, the end creating a button hole for a pebbled button. The two gilt pips indicate rank of Stabsarzt (Staff Surgeon). Inside the neck there is a cloth embroidered name tag that reads: Dr. STACKEBRANDT O, ST. ARZT which confirms the rank of Stabsarzt.
