This is a lovely German WWII M36 Panzer BeVo breast eagle, white thread embroidered on black, to match the Panzerkorps uniforms. Later in 1939 the color of the eagle threading was changed to gray, and in 1944 the area surrounding the eagle was changed to a triangle, so this is the earliest version. These were originally printed out on sheets, and then were cut to size and stitched to the uniform, usually folding
